OIL PULLUP -Pull Up- Business Tote Bag ZKM4002
《Hybrid production method creates supreme leather》
We use the "full-grain" part of the leather, which has the densest fibers and highest strength.
This raw hide is then subjected to a special combination tanning process, combining the advantages of both chrome tanning and vegetable tanning.
"Lightness, strength, and the joy of watching it age"
- 【Light and Strong】: First, chrome tanning provides the modern benefits of chrome leather: lightness and durability.
- 【Rich Texture】: Next, vegetable tanning is applied to achieve both the leather's inherent rich expression and the pleasure of aging (patina) that deepens with use.
"Finish: Tough and beautiful with oil pull-up processing"
In the final step, "oil pull-up processing" is applied, where oil and wax are thoroughly permeated into the leather.
This significantly improves scratch resistance. Additionally, by pressing or bending with a finger, the oil shifts, creating a unique "pull-up effect," and you can fully enjoy the aging process with a deep luster that appears with use.
This is a new type of leather that combines "lightness" and "toughness" with the "joy of nurturing the leather."
