ALBERTON社 15ozアーミーダッグをベースに、岡山県倉敷で黒さび加工を重ね染めすることで、独特の風合いをまとったBAGGY PORTオリジナル素材。
『洗い加工～乾燥～さび染色加工～干し仕上げ』と手間をかけ、加工を重ね生み出された素材です。

メインの素材として使用している『15oz アーミーダッグ』は、1900年初頭の生地をモデルに、むら糸（あえて太さの均一でない糸）を混ぜビンテージの風合いを再現した生地です。
100年以上前のシャトル織機を使用し、ゆっくりと丁寧に織られるこの帆布は、1日で20ｍほどしか織ることができない貴重な素材です。
