The "French Army Duck" was once used by the French military.
Its roots date back to the 1940s, during World War II, when the United States supplied Army Duck to France, whose industry had come to a halt. After undergoing its own improvements, the material evolved into a superior military material that could withstand harsh environments.
The French Army duck that I happened to acquire this time is a deadstock item manufactured for military export in the 1960s. It has a unique texture and rich appearance that can only be achieved with a material that has been around for over 50 years.
Taking advantage of the changes that occur over time, we have waterproofed the bag by dyeing and waxing it, transforming it into a tough and functional bag that is suitable for modern times.
