OIL PULLUP -Oil Pullup- Cylindrical 2-Way Clutch Shoulder Bag ZKM4000
《Hybrid Manufacturing Creates Supreme Leather》
We use the "full-grain" part of the hide, which has the densest and strongest fibers.
This raw hide is then treated with a special combination tanning process that combines the advantages of both chrome tanning and vegetable tanning.
"Lightness, Strength, and the Joy of Cultivating"
- 【Light and Strong】: First, chrome tanning is applied to achieve the modern benefits of chrome leather: lightness and durability.
- 【Rich Texture】: Next, vegetable tanning is added, achieving both the leather's inherent rich expression and the enjoyment of aging (patina) that deepens with use.
"Finishing: Oil Pull-Up for Toughness and Beauty"
In the final step, we apply an "oil pull-up process" where oil and wax are thoroughly absorbed into the leather.
This significantly improves scratch resistance. Furthermore, by pressing or bending the leather with your finger, the oil shifts, creating a unique "pull-up effect," and you can fully enjoy the deepening luster (sheen) that develops with use.
This is a new kind of leather that combines "lightness" and "toughness" while offering the "joy of cultivating leather."
