Afterward, it is bio-washed in Kojima, Okayama Prefecture, a mecca for denim processing (tumbled in a drum containing microorganisms that prefer cotton, giving the fabric a ripple and silky texture, and adding strength by shrinking 10%), making it a material that resists losing its shape and is less prone to dirt even after many years of use.
The thick oil leather, which is not overshadowed by the strong presence of the fabric, develops a beautiful aged appearance with use, making it a design that can be cherished for a long time.

Since it is waterproof canvas, even if it gets muddy, the dirt can almost entirely be removed by patting or brushing it after it dries.
Furthermore, when wet, the threads absorb water and expand, preventing water penetration, and when dry, it is a functional canvas that allows air to pass through. In the past, it was used as tarpaulins for trucks transporting fruits and vegetables.
